I keep having a dream about a baby girl?

i just had a boy 3 months ago and im a single mother and i have been recently having a dream about a baby girl and last night she was with a man and started crying and i stood up and said its ok she just wants her mamma and she was saying uppy uppy and mama and i just dont understand my son wasent in the dream but this baby girl was? im confused i keep having baby dreams but not abut my baby
