Do i really need pagefile.sys?

Watch what you're downloading. I was downloading things that i had no idea were a threat or that was causing my pc to slow down.Even your security will slow it down, be sure to check with your provider to see that everything is as its supposed to be.What i found was that the videos and movies was taking and eatting my memory, even things that were making me smile, hum for example had slowed it down tremendously.I just done a screen sharing with my internet provider, just contact them and say "I'm stuck" they can address things as to how we word them.Just stick with i'm stuck and they will help you.
