Is my computer protected/Are these false positives?

Windows has a feature that will notify you if your antivirus, firewall, or updates are turned off or outdated. Those registry items just mean that feature is turned off. You can see this setting by going to Control Panel - Security Center and then click "Change the way Security Center alerts me" on the left side. So no, it is not a threat.
