Does my breakfast consist of too much food?
No you're not eating too much breakfast. Breakfast is truly the most important meal of the day. Without it, you would probably eat more during the day and have less energy. I would suggest that you replace the Atkins bar with 8 oz. of skim milk. Also, add a cup of fruit. I like to use some frozen or fresh (when available) berries. Strawberries are high in fiber and vitamin C, blueberries have tremendous health benefits. So skip the Atkins bar and add milk and fruit to your meal instead! You may find that you don't even need the toast. Another thing you might want to try is having an egg instead of the milk. I prefer the milk, but sometimes I'll have an egg instead for variety.
