Did Adolf Hitler believe in breeding the superior?

Sure Hitler wanted to breed the superior, and not just anyone who was a member of the so called Aryan race. In Mein Kampf he wrote that defective people shouldn't have kids but "conversely, it would be reprehensible to withhold healthy children from the world." As othes have noted, many people with mental etc defects were eliminated. There was even a special SS program for breeding blond aryan kids. A program about it was entitled 'In Pure Blood."
