Can water cure diseases? Diabetes & Cancer cure? Controversial. What do you think?

There will never be a cure for diabetes or cancer why? Because it is a multi billion dollar industry. Without it we would be in an extreme deficit and it helps balance the population. I know its harsh but it is true
