What can i get or make my bestfriend for her birthday ?

She's a really quiet girl and even if i tried asking her what she wants for her birthday is too nice to ever say what she wants or dosn't even know hha so i need your hlp please .. does anyone know anything i can make her that will be sweet and simple or something that i can buy that isn't too expensive ? thankyou so much !
