Where can i get help with my Cubase LE4 that will help me asap.. This is desperation?

All my room-works( inserts ) have disappeared once I clicked Save. And i can not find a single soul who knows how to it me with this. I am incredibly frustrated and would appreciate help please. I also have no clue how to close a session. i basically have no idea how to work it. I just wanna record and to adjust things and have some way of keeping my tracks. please. thank you.
