Mrssandi just read your council tax summons question and I notice that it is?

closed to new answers so not sure if you will see this question. I have had a very similar problem with council ineptitude and am about to challenge them at a Valuation Tribunal. Can you tell me which council caused you such anxiety. If it is the same west country council as mine any information you have might enhance my prospects. Thanks in anticipation.
